The hotel itself is adequate for the price-no complaints. However the tenanted travel operator leaves a bit to be desired. Whilst a tenant, by implication the hotel is almost recommending them. I was annoyed when charged twice for the environmental fee on an El Nido tour and not allowed to leave the boat until I had paid even though I had a receipt back at my hotel stating that I had. As a 73 year old foreign traveller I don’t like being threatened. I cannot recommend the hotel to my friends if they are going to suffer what happened to myself.

My second time to stay in GOHOTEL Palawan what really like me so much are their location very near to their Robinson Mall. Rooms are excellent however almost everytime I went back from the shore my room key doesn't work well special thanks to all those assigned security guard who are always extend their assistant. Special mentioned to MJ from the reception dest who are always attentive her passion to work apply wherein complete different from the other reception staff who are not attentive as MJ they should know about hospitality motto (Smile, Greet and offer Assistance). Their manner should be rectified wherein company pay a lot of trainings to improve their service but some of the staff are not following to that they learned I stayed at room 141 for 6days

Its a perfect location but the rooms there its old no maintenance on the tv the aircon its like has not been cleaned, we only check in there because we don't have an option.

Good room at an affordable rate. Stayed for night to catch a plane going to Manila, coming from El Nido. Location is very accessible and is near Robinsons Mall. Minus one star for at first, they gave us a room which was not ready (no beddings) upon our entry.

In terms of hotel standards, Go Hotel is underated. It's current rate at P1,300++ is very valuable (cheap) compared to other less known hotel brands, whose rates are already ranging from P1,500-P1, 700. Go Hotel's perfect location also adds more value than others. Accessability to public transport, if you you want to commute, is excellent. Robinsons Mall is just a short walk away that often is venue of various events. The place is also a favorite destination for joggers and hikers.

Walking distance to Robinson' Mall. My upper window did not have a lock,.which I checked , can be accessed from the other room or from their maintenance door, so I tied and hanged their glass, so if anyone might open it, it will make sound. There is a Thai restaurant at the lobby, yummy food and reasonable price.

Decent rooms at low prices Overly noisey in the corridors. Upon further investigation it was THE STAFF MAKING SO MUCH NOISE! No common sense made for an unpleasant stay.
